Prices
At sign-up, you may choose between three payment options:
- Standard price: €300.
- Subsidised price: €200.
- Sponsor price: You choose how much you would like to sponsor. Any sponsor payments will go directly to funding subsidised payments.
The amount of subsidized spots will depend on the amount of sponsors we receive.
Included in the total price is a €50 non-refundable deposit.
Payments
You can either pay the full amount upon being offered a spot at the LARP, or you can pay just the deposit, and then pay the rest by the final payment deadline.
If you want to pay with one ore more instalments, you may do so, as long as the full amount reaches us by 31. March 2027.
Upon being offered a spot, you will receive the payment information.
Refund policy
The €50 deposit is non-refundable.
No refunds will be given for participants dropping out of the game after payments have been received, unless we are able to fill the spot with a new paying player. This is usually increasingly difficult the closer we get to the event.
If, for whatever reason, we have to cancel the LARP, all payments will be refunded, including the deposit.
NB:
If you over a prolonged time do not respond to e-mails or in the Discord server when asked to do so, you might lose your spot and be replaced. If you lose your spot due to lack of response, the same policy applies as for those who have to cancel. You will receive a warning e-mail with a deadline to respond to before this happens.
