Your expectations - and ours

For the best possible collaboration, here are some things you can expect from us as organisers, and some things we will expect from you as a player. At sign-up, you will need to confirm that you have read these expectations and agree to them. Should you disagree with any of these expectations, this is unfortunately not the LARP for you.

You can expect:

To receive information as announced, at the announced time.
Pre-written characters with their own agency and personal relations.
A Google Drive Player Folder with all the information you need.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner served, with light snacks available in between.
Swift response from someone in our team if you have questions, either on Discord or by e-mail.
Someone competent in first-aid present, should you need it.

We expect from you:

That you read all mandatory information shared in the Player folder in Google Drive.
That you read your character and get acquainted with it before you arrive at the location.
To make sure you have a period appropriate costume.
That you will not go off-game around other players.
To not take photos during the game.
To put away your phones and any other modern devices during the game. You may keep it discreetly in your room and use it when nobody else is there, if you need to.
That you will reply within a reasonable amount of time to e-mails or messages on Discord if asked to do so.
