Dates

Start: 
Tuesday 12th July 2027.

Everyone must be present at the location and ready for a brief and efficient workshop no later than 15:00. 

End:
Saturday 17th July 2027.

The game will finish at an appropriate point during Friday evening. There will be a short debrief, before people will have the opportunity to gather for an afterlarp on site. Saturday morning is for packing and cleanup. We must leave the location by noon. 

Flexibility: 
It will not be possible to arrive at a later time. We might be able to accommodate for someone leaving one day early - if necessary for participation. Let us know if that is the case, and we will look into it. However, should this be an option, please note the following: 

• You must still pay the full participation fee. 
• You must leave the location in costume. 
• You must arrange your own transportation for leaving. 

Deadlines

1. October - 31. October 2026
- Registration is open. 

1. November - 7. November 2026
- Flagging list goes out on e-mail to all sign-ups. Everyone is asked to respond within seven days. If someone does not respond, we will assume they have no need or wish to flag anyone. 

15. November 2026
- Offer of a spot (or waitlist) goes out on e-mail, along with a brief character concept. This will typically include name, age, status, family, and main ambition. 

30. November 2026
- Final day to respond to offer. If we do not receive a response, we will assume you are not interested, and the offer will go to someone else.   

15. December 2026
- Final day to pay the non-refundable deposit of €50.  

3. March 2027
- A reminder is sent out asking for balance payments. 

31. March 2027
- Balance payment is due. For most, this will be the remaining €250. Players who signed up to a sponsor fee, will pay the amount the offered upon sign-up. Those who have been granted a subsidized fee, will pay the agreed upon balance.

Mid April 2027
- Players will gain access to their character documents on Google Drive.
